biography
Ross comes to the CPC Center after serving seven years on Capitol Hill for the House of Representatives. Most recently, he was the Senior Legislative Assistant for Rep. David N. Cicilline (D-RI), a CPC Vice-Chair and Chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee. In this role, Ross also served as the office liaison to the CPC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheaton College (MA) in Political Science, a Master’s of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and is pursuing a Master's of Science in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst's Union Leadership and Activism program.
